Powerful welding machine
With the innovative VARIMAT V2 welding machine, plastic sealing membranes are welded quickly and economically for roofing work, swimming pool construction and for banners and tarpaulins. The welding machine can be easily operated by one person thanks to the adjustable guide handle. Users are pleased with the optimal ergonomics, the easy handling and the “e-Drive” control unit: The digital display is not only used for temperature control, but also saves the welding parameters to ensure optimal weld seams, even after breaks or over days.
Depending on the material, plastic sealing membranes are welded efficiently and effectively at up to eight meters per minute. Leister is able to test materials at the customer's request and thus determine the parameters with which they are optimally welded. The VARIMAT V2 has already been tested under the most difficult conditions such as: B. tested in winter and impressed here with high, maximum welding speed and constant temperature. The brushless, maintenance-free hot air blower keeps service costs low, even under intensive use. Even when welding close to the edge, the hot air welding machine impresses with its sophisticated design. The VARIMAT V2 impresses with its reliable, wrinkle-free and tight welds. Process safety is also guaranteed because the welding machine switches off if the undervoltage is too high.
