1. Are there shipping costs?

Yes. You can find a list of the different shipping costs under “Shipping methods & payment options”

2. Who is your shipping partner?

Our shipping partner is DHL.

3. How can I pay with you?

We offer PayPal, advance payment (bank transfer), instant payment with Klarna, invoice with Klarna, Visa & Mastercard, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay as payment methods.

4. When do you offer payment method X?

At the moment there are no plans to integrate additional payment methods.

5. I made a mistake during the ordering process, what now?

If you have made a mistake with your order, you can contact us at info @crafto.shop . If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can help you. Please note that we cannot do anything once your order is in the mail.

6. I have placed my order. What now?

Thank you for your purchase! As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email.

7. I have successfully ordered and paid, but I have not received a shipping confirmation.

Your order is most likely still being processed. However, if it still takes an unexpectedly long time, please send us an email to info@crafto.shop so that we can take care of the problem as quickly as possible.

8. My goods are damaged/did not arrive.

Please send us an email to info@crafto.shop. We will take care of your concerns immediately.

9. I live nearby, can I come and pick up the goods?

For technical reasons this is not possible.

10. Do you also sell vouchers?

Yes, you can find these in the shop under “Vouchers”
