Shipping methods & payment options

We ship our items exclusively via DHL. Delivery only takes place after receipt of payment and usually takes 5-7 working days (significantly longer abroad). Please note that this is just a guideline and shipping can be affected at any time by external circumstances. We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Depending on the credit institution, it can take between 2-5 working days for your payment to reach us. The goods you ordered will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (but a maximum of 21 days).

 

Self-collector:

• Collection is generally Monday to Friday. possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Also at other times by arrangement.
• Your order is ready for pickup when the email “Your order has been packed” has been sent to you.
• From this point on, the package can be picked up at the times mentioned above and will be ready for you in a package.

 

Shipping

• Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €100 (gross) . Up to €100 (gross) there are €4.90 (gross) shipping costs per order (may vary due to promotions).
• shipments to European countries* we calculate with 15.90€.
• Shipments to Switzerland are significantly more expensive and we charge € 26.90 .
• shipments Norway & GB are significantly more expensive and we charge €29.90 .
• Shipping to countries outside Europe** comes with €37.90 calculated.
• Please note: if you as a consumer have entered an error in the address so that the shipment has to be delivered again, the shipping costs will have to be paid again, as the label loses its validity after the first transport. Please check all your details carefully before completing your purchase.

• Your item is too big or doesn't fit 100%?
• Don't worry, you can within 14 days your order without any problems exchange. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

Payment Methods

Payment in advance

If you choose to pay in advance, transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account specified below. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended purpose and always make the transfer separately for different orders.

As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the credit institution, it can take between 2-5 working days for your payment to reach us.

If you return one or more items, the value of the returned goods will be credited back to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

PayPal

To use PayPal as a payment method, you need an account on paypal.com. After the checkout process on our site you will be redirected to paypal.com.
